Is there an optimal age for facial surgery?

There is no optimal age for facial surgery however one should consider facial surgery when the early signs of aging begin. This usually happens in the early 40’s and progresses steadily from there. Early signs of aging consist of worsening of the fat pockets of the lower lids, increasing wrinkles, deepening of the folds between the nose and the mouth and early jowl formation.
