Directly after your surgery it is important to follow all of the post-op instructions given to you by Dr. Kole. Ensure you get plenty of rest and restrict your physical activities until cleared by Dr. Kole. You will notice swelling and even some light bruising. Be sure to drink plenty of water and keep to your post-op visit schedule. Once you are back to your normal routine and fully healed you will want to focus on your long-term maintenance plan.

Stick to a proper and balanced diet as this will prevent weight gain that occurs with unhealthy eating habits. Eat frequent small meals and try to have larger meals earlier in the day. By creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle you will be able to enjoy your new physique for a very long time.
