Dr. Kole applies a special elastic based neck wrap for the first post-operative night after neck liposuction. He sees his patients the next day for a wound check, and thereafter gives them a wrap to be worn for the first week. Exercise and strenuous activity should be avoided for the two weeks following the neck liposuction procedure. There is minimal discomfort from the neck liposuction procedure which is controlled by oral pain medication. Patients can usually transition to Tylenol after 1-2 days following the neck liposuction procedure.
