What type of anesthesia is used during the male blepharoplasty procedure?

The blepharoplasty (eyelid Surgery) for men may be performed under local anesthesia with sedation or general anesthesia. In some cases, the lower blepharoplasty can be performed using only local anesthesia. A board certified physician anesthesiologist will be responsible for administering your anesthesia or sedation in the Hospital or at our facility, The Kole Plastic Surgery Center Center. Dr. Kole and your anesthesiologist will help determine what best suits your particular needs in your individual case.
